  The AWS issue has mostly been resolved, TargetSmart services are now operational, but some data processing requests may be delayed.

  TargetSmart is experiencing problems due to underlying issues with Amazon Web Services. We are investigating the issue, and will update when more information is available. Currently, TargetSmart APIs and our SFTP file transfer service is affected. It is possible that more services will be affected as the issue unfolds.
